• pages are trimmed 3mm from top and sides, 6mm from bottom
• text/logos to be kept 8-10mm inside each edge
  
• when booking a double page spread allow 20mm for gutter
  
• Printing: Litho Web Fed
  
• Screen: 175
  
• IInserts: loose or bound-in by arrangement
  
• Screen angles: mag 45º, cyan 75º, yellow 90º, black 105º
  
• Dot gain: allow 9-11%

DISK SPECIFICATIONS

• disks to be supplied on zip or CD formatted for Apple Mac not PC
  
• supply as Quark XPress document
  
• attach pictures as eps or tiff files; resolution 300 dpi
  
• fonts must be supplied on disk
  
• supply colour cromalin/Iris proof copy for accuracy
  (colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed with laser proofs)

PDF SPECIFICATIONS

• Final PDF should include bleed
  
• PDF should be saved as Jpeg compression maximum quality
  
• All files should be generated using PDF optimised for print settings
  
• All elements within the document should be saved as CMYK
  
• Crop marks must be outside the bleed area
